Oddo & Babat, P.C. is proud to announce Darren Seilback as the firm’s newest partner. Darren has been with the firm since he was a law clerk while he was earning his J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He became an associate with the firm in 2005. Since then, Darren has demonstrated his dedication to the firm’s clients and has actively contributed to Oddo & Babat’s continued growth and success.

Since he joined the firm, the focus of Darren’s practice has been handling plaintiffs’ personal injury cases. He is extremely well-liked and respected by his clients, who view him as their tireless advocate. He passionately represents prison inmates in civil rights, negligence, and abuse claims, as well as children and adults who have been victims of sexual assault.
Darren is an extremely dedicated and hardworking attorney who has obtained multiple seven-figure settlements on behalf of our clients.
